Referral Fees

We will pay a referral fee for any new client that you introduce to us. The fee will be paid upon successful execution of our agreement with the new client.

Rental Agent Fee/Leasing Commission

We offer some of the most generous leasing commissions on our rental listings. All leasing commissions are paid within 24-48 hours of successful execution of our residential lease agreement with the new tenant.
